Summit Automates provides a multi-tenant CRM for the WhatsApp Business Platform: a shared team inbox, contact management, message templates, broadcast campaigns, and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) onboarding via Meta's Embedded Signup. Messaging itself is delivered by Meta; messaging fees set by Meta are billed by Meta directly to the customer's WABA.
You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts, including team members you invite.
We may throttle, suspend, or disconnect accounts that endanger platform quality ratings or breach these rules, with notice where practicable.
You retain ownership of your contacts and message content. You appoint us as a processor to handle that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your contacts.
The service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may change APIs, pricing, or policies; we pass such changes through and are not liable for them. Connecting a WABA grants us the limited permissions needed to operate messaging on your behalf; disconnecting revokes them and deletes the stored token.
Platform subscription fees are stated in your order or plan. Meta's per-message charges are separate and billed by Meta to your WABA payment method.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions Meta takes against your WABA (e.g. quality-rating restrictions) resulting from your messaging practices.
You may terminate at any time; we may terminate for breach. On termination we delete WABA tokens immediately and customer data per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
